How do I apply to become a Financial Representative?
Call us at (800) 777-3411 or (716) 817-7109 to apply.
What is your recruitment and hiring process like?
To ensure that we hire Financial Representatives who are as committed to us as we are to them, we have instituted a process that allows us to get to know each other well before signing a contract.
We start with Initial Interviews that offer you a Career Presentation, Aptitude Profiles and Values Based Meeting. You’ll subsequently meet with our management team, specialists and other Financial Representatives.
The next step is a Commitment Meeting and an introduction to our Pre-Contract Orientation. After 4-6 weeks of successfully completing our Pre-Contract Orientation licensing, classroom and field work requirements, we’ll make an appointment to sign an employment contract with you.
