Responsibilities Include:
- Client Service and Follow-Up
- Meeting Preparation
- Scheduling and Confirming all Appointments
- Processing Life Insurance and Investment Paperwork
- Maintenance of Client Database
- Assistance with Event Planning
Ideal Candidate should Possess:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Superior time management
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to learn new computer systems quickly and efficiently
Administrative experience preferable.
