Responsibilities Include:

  • Client Service and Follow-Up
  • Meeting Preparation
  • Scheduling and Confirming all Appointments
  • Processing Life Insurance and Investment Paperwork
  • Maintenance of Client Database
  • Assistance with Event Planning

Ideal Candidate should Possess:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Superior time management
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to learn new computer systems quickly and efficiently

Administrative experience preferable.
