The business resource department (BRD) at Alliance Advisory Group educates and empowers small-business owners to develop meaningful benefits that attract, retain and reward employees.

We design a variety of strategies to meet the objectives of both the business owner and his or her employees—a mutually beneficial relationship. While we generally structure benefits that are available to all employees, we also may employ strategies, when appropriate, that allow for tar- geted benefits to be selectively provided to key employees and executives.
