We design a variety of strategies to meet the objectives of both the business owner and his or her employees—a mutually beneficial relationship. While we generally structure benefits that are available to all employees, we also may employ strategies, when appropriate, that allow for tar- geted benefits to be selectively provided to key employees and executives.

Group benefits can be structured a few different ways, depending on the extent to which the employer wishes to contribute. Most benefits can even be offered on a voluntary basis, where the interested employees bear the entire cost.
