Lydia shares what she's learned about work, life, and the challenges in between with people in search of a stable financial future. She spent 18 years at an employer from which she planned to retire. But organizations and people both change. She took a calculated leap and launched a new career as a personal and business financial advisor. Now, she uses what she's learned professionally and personally over a 35-year career to help other people reach their life goals and ensure financial security. She has decades of experience in B2B marketing, sales and sales support, donor outreach and strategy for high-potential individual customers, and extensive experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations including higher education, K-12 education, and corporate sales. She's made employment changes (often not by choice), raised a child, survived college planning, operated by own freelance business, and worked in organizations large and small. This helps her understand many of the things her clients are going through, enabling her to connect them to the planning process that will be most beneficial.
